Description

Our Digestive Health Clinic is looking for a qualified Human Resources Liaison/Compliance personnel member.  This position integrates key HR functions and compliance tasks to ensure smooth operations within the Digestive Health Center and coordinates with CVMS Administration.  This role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, facilitating compliance protocols, addressing staff concerns, and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment. 


Human Resources Duties:

· Employee Management: Facilitate the hiring and termination processes, ensuring adherence to HR policies

· Time clock & Payroll management within the clinic as well as performance tracking on employees

· Job Postings: Create and manage job postings to recruit qualified candidates.

· PRN Employee Oversight: Track and manage PRN (as-needed) employee statuses and schedules.

· Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate staff conflicts, PTO disputes, and disciplinary actions.

· Life Safety Oversight: Assist facilities manager with life safety protocols for the Digestive Health Center ensuring compliance with safety regulations with Direct Report to Medical Director and

· Patient Complaints and Incidents: Address patient complaints promptly and document incidents such as patient falls, coordinating with relevant parties for resolution. Direct reports to Medical Director.

· Compliance Tracking: Maintain and update the Life Safety checklist, ensuring all compliance-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

a. bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or management field

b. 2 years' experience in leadership/management role in healthcare

c. Demonstrate outstanding knowledge and skill in dealing with physician, management and staff.
