Area Manager
Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to open and run the operations in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. 

 

Cross Functional Role: Area Manager/ General Manager

  • Manage and oversee daily operations within the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Accountable for all store repairs, cleanliness, and upkeep 
  • Assist with issues POS / Printers / ADT alarm / Health Inspection / Speed tab (App)/Jolt
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency, productivity, and quality of operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, streamline workflows, and ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management across locations.
  • Address operational challenges and implement solutions in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role and Hospitality and/or Coffee/Tea Operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Travel up to 60%.
