Position Summary:

Columbine Country Club seeks a dynamic and personable Member Experience and Engagement Coordinator to create an exceptional atmosphere at our pool deck. This role is responsible for ensuring members and their guests have a seamless, enjoyable, and entertaining experience by providing outstanding hospitality, assisting in coordinating events, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate thrives in a social environment, is passionate about service, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for club members.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement & Hospitality:

  •  Greet and interact with members and guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  •  Build relationships with members to understand their preferences and enhance their experience.
  •  Address member inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  •  Act as a liaison between members and other club departments to ensure seamless service by thoroughly understanding the club rules and eagerness to uphold them.

Event Coordination & Programming:

  •  Plan and execute engaging activities, events, and themed experiences on the pool deck for members of all ages.
  •  Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Recreation teams to create unique offerings and consistent service for the members in attendance.
  •  Assist with promoting and communicating events via digital platforms, signage, and direct member outreach.

Pool Deck Operations & Experience Enhancement:

  •  Ensure the pool deck environment is clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
  •  Monitor lounge chairs, tables, and amenities to optimize member enjoyment.
  •  Coordinate with lifeguards and pool staff to ensure safety and compliance with club policies.

Communication & Feedback Management:

  •  Collect and analyze member feedback to continuously improve the poolside experience.
  •  Communicate with management regarding member suggestions and service enhancements.
  •  Assist with creating content for newsletters, social media, and member communications related to pool activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination, preferably in a private club or luxury resort setting.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  •  Ability to multitask in a busy, outdoor environment and delegate tasks
  •  Creative mindset with a passion for curating unique member experiences.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle member concerns gracefully.
  •  Consistent and open communication to team members and upper management
  •  Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak summer hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Experience in recreation, aquatics, or food & beverage operations.
  •  Knowledge or willingness to learn of high-end service standards and private club etiquette.
  •  CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
