Position Overview:

As a Product Owner at Johnson Health Tech, you will partner across global teams to not only support our existing fitness platforms, but also design, build, & deliver the next generation of fitness products. 

Responsibilities:

· Clearly communicate product and feature status to all stakeholders. 

· Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to collect business objectives and requirements to clearly define, document and scope features and initiatives. 

· Track and execute product roadmaps with cross-functional teams. 

· Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables. 

· Create user stories to support product feature specifications 

· Clearly express product backlog items to cross-functional teams and stakeholders 

· Manage and prioritize the product backlog to best achieve strategic goals according to product roadmap 

· Ensure that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Agile Team will work on next. 

· Ensure the Agile team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed. 

· Managing features or products with a low degree of scope and complexity 

Education:

· Minimum of a 4-year degree in computer science, information systems or business OR equivalent experience.

Experience:

· Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Agile development methodologies and software product development.
