Description


Position Overview:

As a Product Owner at Johnson Health Tech, you will partner across global teams to not only support our existing fitness platforms, but also design, build, & deliver the next generation of fitness products. 


Responsibilities:

· Define & prioritize the product backlog, set quality standard for delivery, & represent the business to the Agile team 

· Contribute to the creation of product vision & alignment with strategic priorities with stakeholders 

· Work with Product Manager, key stakeholders, and development team to develop and maintain the product roadmap. Incorporates input into product roadmap while effectively negotiating tradeoffs of conflicting priorities based on value to the business and customer. 

· Communicate the product strategy effectively to key stakeholders, business partners, & team members 

· Use data to identify opportunities, prioritize work, test hypotheses & drive innovation 

· Ensure delivery of scope, partner with your Agile team to ensure user stories are clear, remove barriers for team members and resolve open issues/questions quickly and efficiently 

· Managing features or products with a low to medium degree of scope and complexity 

· Support defining minimum viable product (MVP) and analyzing feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, and other aspects of planned or potential programs 

· Develop user story acceptance criteria and participate in team demos and retrospectives. 

· Engage the team and gain alignment regarding product strategy and business outcome with focus on continuous improvement 

Requirements


Education:

· Minimum of a 4-year degree in computer science, information systems or business OR equivalent experience.


Experience:

· 3 + years of experience as a Product Owner developing software products using Agile development methodologies.
