Description

Newfi Lending is hiring a REMOTE Mortgage Closer/Funder!!

Primary Responsibilities:

· Review fees to determine file is balanced and wire amount is accurate

· Review signed loan docs to ensure all required docs have been executed properly

· Oversees a pipeline of signed funding packages to ensure all loans fund as scheduled

· Works with investors, processors, and support staff to satisfy post-funding conditions

· Perfect funding packages in preparation for submission to capital markets purchase activity

· Prepare Post Consummation CDs as needed

· Communicate with internal and external partners as required

Requirements:

· Minimum of three (2) years’ experience in the Closing and Funding

· Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in order to ensure compliance as well as extensive knowledge of recent TRID regulations

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

· Knowledge of lending guidelines for multiple states is a plus
