We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage and administer our employee compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you will ensure compliance, maintain accurate employee records, and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will handle tasks such as benefits enrollment, statutory obligations tracking, payroll instructions, and system audits, all while contributing to the success of the HR department.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the effective administration and compliance of the company’s compensation and benefits program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits, ensuring proper tracking of eligibility, enrollment, and changes.
  • Monitor and track statutory obligations, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Liaise with brokers and vendors to resolve any benefit-related issues efficiently.
  • Reconcile and report HMO and GLI billing to the Finance department, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Communicate and document benefit information to employees and beneficiaries in a clear, timely manner.
  • Conduct HR system audits to verify salary data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate employee orientations to educate them on benefits and provide guidance on any queries.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure proper alignment between employee roles and pay grades, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll instructions for earnings and deductions each pay period, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure smooth processing of final settlements and other HR-related transactions.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR department and the organization.

We’re Looking For Individuals Who:

  • Are comfortable with data entry and file management, efficiently handling large volumes of information.
  • Combine speed and accuracy in logging data, ensuring precise and timely record-keeping.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, adjusting to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction and collaboration.
  • Have timekeeping experience or knowledge (a plus), assisting with managing attendance and scheduling.
  • Are experienced with Jeonsoft Payroll System (an advantage) and familiar with Paylocity HR system (a plus).
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Have practical experience in Human Resources, offering expertise in HR operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative tasks and communication.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships and teamwork.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards, ensuring the privacy and security of employee information.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and processes.
  • Exhibit empathy, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, managing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
