The Assistant Service Manager provides oversight and guidance to front counter staff and assists store manager with all front-end sales and office paperwork. This position is expected to deliver exceptional service to our customers through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting customer expectations for time commitments and quality.
Duties Include:
· Support the store manager
· Perform store manager’s duties in manager’s absence
· Personnel Management
· Obtain orders using company’s point of sale and computer systems
· Customer service
· Build relationships within the local community
· Enforce store policies and procedures
Schedule:
8 hour shift/5 day work Week

· Must have 3–5-year experience in the retail tire environment.
· Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
· Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet company’s insurance requirements.
· Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.
