Summary:

Participates in all activities related to driving range sales. Exemplifies extraordinary customer service to guests and be sure that the range is properly stocked with balls.

Essential job functions:

• Maintain a clean and organized driving range.
• Keep baskets stacked by the ball machine.
• Ensure that there is a sufficient supply of range balls in dispenser.
• Pick balls on chipping green and range tee by use of hand.
• Provide the highest possible level of service at all times.
• Opens and closes the Range including following procedures for opening and closing the cash register.
• Greet and direct all visitors.
• Promote products to members and guests.
• Assists with inventory.
• Use cash register to collect range fees and make retail merchandise sales.
• Maintain a neat and clean Range Shop. This includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash cans and stocking merchandise.
• Perform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisor
• Communicate all questions and concerns to immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
• The co-worker can be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Friendly demeanor with experience in customer service
