Essential Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations to determine their individual needs and develop customized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients improve their physical and cognitive skills
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing daily tasks and maximizing independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for each patient
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.


License and Certification:

  • Current valid Physical Therapist license to practice in appropriate state.
