Are you a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Goodcare AtHome Rehab in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a talented individual to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. This position can be part time, or full time depending on therapist preference. 

 The PT will be practicing in the AL/ IL setting to provide mobile outpatient therapy services. Our goal is to help our clients stay independent in the place they call home.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations to determine their individual needs and develop customized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients improve their physical and cognitive skills
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing daily tasks and maximizing independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for each patient
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Education and Experience:

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

License and Certification:

• Current valid Physical Therapist license to practice in appropriate state.
