What You’ll Do:

Ensure compliance with Title 22 & Title 17 regulations and our high-quality care standards.
Oversee resident services, including Individual Program Plans (IPP) and care coordination.
Manage daily operations, staffing, training, and financial oversight of the home.
Build strong relationships with residents, staff, families, and regulatory agencies.
Create a safe and supportive living environment for residents to thrive.

Requirements

  What You Need to Succeed:

? 21+ years old with a high school diploma or GED (BA strongly preferred).
? At least 1 year of experience supervising and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
? Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
? CCL and SARC certifications (Administrator, DSP, RSO).
? Current First Aid certification and ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and child clearance checks.

? MUST have the ability to work full time and be on call to answer texts or calls on some weekends and evenings.


Salary Description
$70,000-$80,000 per year
