7:25am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays

Role
The purpose of the role of Production Team Member is to work on the production line to build and pack products as directed by supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties in any specified production line as directed by supervisor
- Visually inspect food to ensure quality and it satisfies specifications
- Communicate with operators, leads, supervisors if an issue arises
- Working different positions on the line as asked by operator, lead, or supervisor
- Following all GMPs, SQF, and safety regulations
- Ensuring proper attire is worn at all times
- Opening, slicing, placing, and packing ingredients
- Placing finished, sealed product into boxes, verifying correct labels are in place
- May work on production lines that produce products up to 110 pieces per minute
- Creating and maintaining a positive team environment with your peers
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull up to 25lbs regularly
- Stand for up to 10 hours a day
- Repetitive use of fingers, hand, arms, and shoulders
- Exposure to variation in temperature
- Working with different ingredients that could be considered within the top nine allergens
Expectations
- Knowledge of basic math and counting skills
- Able to read and understand English
- Ability to flex to different spots on the line(s) to best support efficiency
