As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a Solution Consultant to support our sales team, engage with prospective clients, and develop impactful solutions that address complex healthcare data challenges.
Role Overview:
The Solution Consultant plays a critical role in the sales process, serving as the technical and strategic advisor to Hart’s clients. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, industry expertise, and strong communication skills to understand client needs, demonstrate Hart’s capabilities, and develop tailored solutions that drive value.
You will partner closely with sales, product management, and professional services to ensure our solutions align with client objectives and position Hart as the trusted leader in healthcare data interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations, client meetings, and RFP responses.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase Hart’s solutions.
- Create solution proposals that align with customer goals and Hart’s capabilities.
- Address client questions on technical feasibility, implementation, and scalability.
- Solution Development & Strategy
- Design tailored solutions leveraging Hart’s product suite and professional services.
- Work closely with product management to influence roadmap decisions based on client feedback.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions for strategic opportunities.
- Stay ahead of healthcare data trends to advise clients on industry best practices.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Train and educate the sales team on Hart’s technical capabilities and value propositions.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Collaborate with professional services to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation.
- Provide feedback to marketing to refine messaging and market positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR data management, or health information exchange.
- Strong understanding of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.), data migration, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDs).
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for executives.
- Experience leading product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and client workshops.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and implementation teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.
