Knowing rainbows are arbitrary and gold never lasts – where would you choose to protect what so many would seek… opportunity – incredible opportunity – being what dreams are made.  What dreams are for.

I ask – ask this of you – for I have found incredible opportunity and have found as well there is enough left over for you.

The opportunity as an Associate Director of Marketing to develop and coordinate the organization-wide marketing efforts.

Someone who has and still can bring awareness of the association’s mission, member programs, educational offerings, and events to key stakeholders and the surplus line industry. Someone with a passion for marketing, with a collaborative and creative spirit. Someone who is seeking incredible opportunities.

As well as the ability to manage our brand identity, ensuring consistency, and develop and implement creative briefs and corporate marketing plans.

We will look to you to direct and oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, manage timelines and provide clear communications to internal stakeholders and leadership.  As well as research, analyze, monitor, and evaluate data points to measure marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

These things now said and knowing them to be true – the question still remains of you.
