The US Payroll Team Leader oversees a small team of support staff within an organization known for its repetitive and transactional processes. They play a pivotal role in driving process improvement initiatives, contributing their expertise to refine existing procedures. Their responsibilities include guiding team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the functional area they supervise. Through their leadership and expertise, they help ensure the smooth and accurate operation of payroll processes within the organization.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
  • At least 3 years of experience in US payroll processing.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry is preferred.
