About the Role:
We are looking for a Supplier GTM Manager to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, supplier acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will focus on developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives that attract, onboard, and optimize supplier participation in our platform. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Supplier, this position plays a key role in accelerating supplier monetization and driving engagement through targeted campaigns, strategic sales efforts, and data-driven decision-making.


In addition to sales and marketing execution, this role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to optimize supplier engagement and monetization. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, ideally with a background in management consulting, strategy, or business development. This is an opportunity to influence company-wide supplier initiatives, lead data-driven decision-making, and work on high-impact projects that drive growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new suppliers and expand supplier participation on the Procurement Partners platform.
  • Own the supplier sales pipeline, working to close deals that drive revenue and supplier engagement.
  • Lead supplier outreach, negotiations, and deal structuring to maximize monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop GTM supplier playbooks and enablement to drive fast close cycles
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine supplier strategies.
  • Analyze supplier engagement data to optimize GTM strategies and improve sales efficiency.
  • Identify process improvements and lead cross-functional projects to enhance supplier monetization and engagement.
  • Support leadership in defining key performance metrics and strategic initiatives that align supplier growth with company goals.
  • Track and report on key supplier acquisition and revenue growth KPIs.
Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, sales, or marketing, ideally in a SaaS or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and working with stakeholders across marketing, product, and finance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
