- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and maximize supplier value.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing and expanding high-value partner relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
What Will Give You an Edge:
- Experience in healthcare procurement, B2B SaaS, or marketplace platforms.
- Deep understanding of supplier monetization strategies and partnership growth models.
- Ability to develop and execute scalable supplier enablement programs.
- Background in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and supplier engagement frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
