TASK FORCE Sales Leaders


We are looking for professional Sales Leaders to provide immediate boots-on-the-ground support.


Assignments throughout the collection to possibly include: SEATTLE, SAN FRANCISCO, LOS ANGELES, SAN DIEGO, NAPA, GATEWAY, BRYAN, JACKSON HOLE, FORT LAUDERDALE, MIAMI, JEKYLL ISLAND & FLORIDA KEYS 


$2,000/WEEK + FREE HOUSING + FLIGHTS

1-6 MONTH ASSIGNMENTS


THE JOB:

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department for the property. This Director of Sales role provides you with a balance of leadership/motivating people, active sales and strategic review and recommendations. You manage a team of xx, with a primary focus on growing group, social catering, and transient sales.  


This role works collaboratively with Noble House Hotels and Resorts and its agents, FIT/Wholesale partners, luxury travel partnerships, local businesses, marketing and Agency/Consortia partners and other hotel counterparts to drive revenue, ensure customer satisfaction and increase market share. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations and Noble House Hotels and Resorts network to enable future bookings.

Requirements

To be successful as a Taskforce Sales Leader you:

  • Have proven sales performance in selling at upscale, full-service hotels, independent luxury non-brand preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management desired.
  • Are a transparent, creative "do-er" who loves guiding, mentoring and leading a team to success.
  • Five or more years of related and progressive sales experience in similar organization. Two years as a supervisor/manager in similar setting desired.
  • Possess solid knowledge of hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Ability and experience in successfully leading and coordinating staff in a high volume, time sensitive environment.
  • Requires the ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training that results in staff that meets/exceeds guest expectations and provides a high level of service.
  • Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests and providing a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
  • Proficiency at Delphi FDC to be able to enter and modify group bookings.
  • Work with Front Desk, General Manager, Operations, and Sales Team closely to deliver stellar guest experiences.
  • Sales - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes working with the marketing director on strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • ·Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical/Critical Thinking - The ability to gather and organize information using a logical and systematic process; recognize patterns and relationships in complex data; examine data to identify implications, problems and draw appropriate conclusions; generate alternative solutions to problems; evaluate strengths, weaknesses and consequences of alternative solutions and approaches to solving problems.
  • Originality - The ability to produce unusual or clever ideas about products, services, or situations, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
