- Be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest and getting them hyped about Solutionreach.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for our Account Executives to close deals.
- Make outbound calls and work through sequences to connect with prospects—every day is an opportunity to build relationships.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- No nights or weekends! Full-time hybrid work schedule- in the Lehi office Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—you know how to keep a conversation flowing.
- Ability to articulate value via phone and email (you’ll become an expert in explaining Solutionreach!).
- Confidence in qualifying sales opportunities and booking appointments.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills.

This role will have opportunities to move into an Upsell Specialist or Account Executive role. How soon that happens is completely up to you and how hard you go after it. The SDRs who advance quickly are coachable. They do what it takes to get the job done and don’t give up easily. Literally no job is beneath them. They don’t expect others around them to adjust to their needs, but they take it upon themselves to make the changes they want to see.
