Description

Summary:
Oversees and maintains the data integrity of the International Foundation's database. Collects and enters content into the database while maintaining accuracy and consistency of new and existing records. Creates and executes processes to locate and correct inconsistencies and gather additional data points for records.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day data entry functions of creating new records and updating existing records in the database for the organization.
  •  Identifies and maintains the quality of the database and data entry abiding by defined policies and procedures to continuously improve overall data integrity and quality. 
  •  Preform regular database audits to ensure email and mailing address authentication.
  •  Identifying and cleaning up duplicate records.
  •  Responsible for contacting individuals or organizations to get updated contact information and preferences.
  •  Create and update standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation on maintaining the database.
  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, duplicates, and inefficiencies within the database.
  •  Decipher and track inconsistencies within the database and make recommendations for improvements and standardizations.
  •  Assist in organically growing the Foundation's database through grassroots efforts including data research via the internet and ZoomInfo.
  •  Determine accurate roles of customers and edit their record in the database accordingly.
  •  Connect contact records with organizational records to ensure accurate information.
  •  Support with various special projects related to database reporting and maintenance.
  •  Support data analysis efforts by gathering, organizing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive organizational strategies.
Requirements

 Supervisory Responsibilities:
No formal supervisory responsibilities; however, incumbent may be required to train/mentor more junior staff members.


Required Education/ Experience:
The International Foundation will always consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • High School diploma, or equivalent
  • Advanced experience of computer databases such as Microsoft Dynamic/CRM or Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
  •  Excellent attention to detail and flawless data entry skills
  •  Self-motivated, personable, and a team player with sound judgment and diplomacy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  •  Proficient in MS word, Teams, and advanced experience in Excel, with the ability to learn new software


Travel Requirements:
This position may intermittently require that the individual travel for work; but only up to 10% of the time.


Work Environment:

This position is expected to work from our corporate headquarters office in Brookfield, WI, Monday through Friday of each week. This is an office environment with typical conditions, including lighting, noise, seating and equipment. Following a successful training period (and pending each individual's ability to effectively work from an appropriately-equipped home office, per the terms of the Hybrid Work Policy) incumbents may permitted to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, as business needs allow, in up-to a 60/40 (onsite/remote) hybrid schedule. The Foundation reserves the right to modify the current hybrid schedule at any time as business needs dictate.

COMPENSATION, PERKS & BENEFITS:
