Description

Sun Services Pool & Spa Cleaner must possess expertise and discipline to work with well with guests, vendors, and co-workers. The Pool & Spa Cleaner must ensure the highest level of overall service in accordance with company policy and procedures.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:


  • Cleans and maintains pools and spas at safe levels. Guest safety is priority.
  • Must be CPO Certified.
  • Reports condition of pools and spa to manager, communicates effectively with management and rental staff.
  • Provides weekly chemical checks to management for guest safety.
  • Professionally interacts with homeowners, guest, and rental staff relative to problem resolution.
  • Provides, maintains, and updates all daily records and information as required by sun services management.
  • Responds to guest issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Report any problems with the condition or function of Sun provided cleaning equipment.
  •  May be required to assist with other Sun offices/departments as needed.  


Requirements



Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps/ladders, and lifting 50-85+ pounds; reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.


Machines/Equipment: Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); the operation of basic tools and equipment, smart phone, or similar electronic device.


Work Environment: Exposed to outside weather conditions, fast paced, physically strenuous, climbing flights of steps inside and out, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic.

Hours: Full-time, year-round position. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.


Salary Range: Pay based on experience and proven ability, determined Pool and Spa Manager.
