TITLE: Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
The Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across multiple markets, including sourcing, interviewing and candidate management. The Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage best practices and innovative thinking to ensure an effective talent acquisition processes across multiple markets and locations that stays ahead of company’s hiring needs. This role will help drive the expansion of our competitive advantage through special projects involving the Company’s Inclusion initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Drive the overall Talent Acquisition recruitment and interview process.
- Lead applicant lifecycle from sourcing of candidates through onboarding.
- Build relationships with candidates and provide them with a successful employee experience.
- Actively finds innovative solutions to increase candidate flow and hiring success through social media platforms.
- Maintain a strong rapport with leaders to increase company retention and decrease attrition by hiring the right talent for each role.
- Make informed decisions and sound judgement calls during the evaluation process of potential talent.
- Provide direction to Inclusion and Talent Acquisition Associate who is responsible for scheduling interviewing and managing the recruitment process in our HRIS.
- Attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to provide status updates and guidance on the hiring process.
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.
- Foster and preserve a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support the company’s mission, vision and values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Two to five years of work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, Human Resources or similar role.
- Experience with social media and external job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to organize and manage a variety of projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Duties are performed in a professional office environment.
- Some travel may be required to different markets.
