Sharetec is looking for a Client Account Executive to join our team!

This is a full-time, exempt, fully remote position requiring up to 50% travel, with a base salary of $60,000 – $80,000, plus commission, offering strong earning potential. Candidates must reside in one of the eligible states listed below.

As a Client Account Executive, you will:  

  • Drive revenue growth within Sharetec’s existing customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand product adoption across responsible accounts 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure customer success 
  • Leverage sales tools and data insights to optimize sales processes and improve performance 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of Sharetec’s solutions 
  • Work with third-party partners to develop opportunities and enhance customer offerings 
  • Own, drive and lead the renewal process and contract negotiation for your set of accounts 

You should have

  • A customer-first mentality with a proven track record of driving retention and expansion 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills 
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the financial services or SaaS industry 
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth 
  • The ability to adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to a growing organization 
  • A growth mindset, willingness to embrace challenges, and openness to feedback
