Role Overview:
As a Sales Enablement Manager at Newfi Lending, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our multi-channel sales teams. You will develop and deliver onboarding, training programs, sales playbooks, and process improvements that drive productivity and success. Working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and operations, you’ll create strategies and tools that ensure consistent messaging, improve sales efficiency, and enhance product knowledge across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Playbooks & Resources:
Create and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks outlining effective strategies, messaging, and processes for client engagement and production growth. Regularly update materials to reflect market trends and product updates. - Sales Training & Onboarding:
Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. Provide ongoing training to keep the sales team informed on industry trends, new products, and best practices. - Optimize Sales Processes & Tools:
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and streamline workflows. Ensure the sales team has access to efficient tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales automation platforms. - Align Sales Messaging & Content:
Ensure that all sales materials, presentations, and messaging align with company objectives and effectively communicate product value to clients. Partner with Marketing to provide sales teams with timely, relevant content and collateral. - Analyze Sales Performance & Metrics:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather feedback from the sales team and deliver actionable insights that drive productivity and effectiveness. - Continuous Improvement & Support:
Serve as a resource and point of contact for the sales team, offering ongoing support and guidance to help overcome challenges and close deals. Continuously assess and enhance enablement strategies to align with evolving market dynamics and business goals.
- Experience: 3+ years in a sales enablement, sales operations, or similar role, ideally within mortgage or financial services.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage lending products, processes, and industry practices.
- Training & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to create impactful training materials and sales content.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement platforms, and related technologies.
- Analytical Ability: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and foster a collaborative environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
