Job Summary

The Training/Implementation Specialist I creates and executes implementation plans and onboards clients onto our Quality Management System (QMS) offering. This individual will address client data import needs, handle Q&A sessions, and provide clients with post-implementation support. Client interactions are primarily virtual meetings and presentations. Please read on if you have a background in implementation and experience with presentation/training!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement clients into Quality Management System
• Conduct training on assigned modules 
• Perform data imports for new clients
• Follow implementation process and best practice
• Handling implementation-related support tickets
• Assist with video content creation 

• 1-3 years of implementation and training experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Order entry processes experience is a plus
• Familiarity with event planning is advantageous
• Experience with Camtasia is a plus
• Detail-minded
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt and grow
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including proofreading
