We are seeking a Project Management Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to the end of the warranty period. This role will lead the Project Management (PM) team, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. 


Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Execution:

  • Lead the PM team to manage projects from pre-construction through post-construction warranty. 
  • Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. 
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects. 
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any risks or issues proactively. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. 

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. 
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth collaboration. 
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring project scope, timelines, and deliverables are met. 

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise and mentor the Project Management team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. 
  • Establish best practices and standard operating procedures for project delivery. 
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

Financial & Contract Management:

  • Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and cost controls. 
  • Ensure projects remain within budget while maintaining profitability and efficiency. 
  • Review and approve financial reports, invoices, and project documentation. 
Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion. 
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry best practices. 
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project). 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a General Contractor
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus. 
  • Experience with LEAN construction principles. 
  • Familiarity with BIM and other construction technology tools.
