Due to continuing growth, we are hiring a Paralegal who will provide critical support to our legal and operational staff in a variety of functions. You will assist with legal document management, research, and drafting while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help you excel in delivering high-quality work to support our growing firm.

What you will do:

  • Contract and document management, oversee record retention and document organization, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
  • Track and communicate deadlines and renewal dates
  • Manage subpoena and document production processes, including organizing, reviewing, and preparing responsive materials.
  • Process routine documents and agreements including NDAs, lease assignments, and formation documents.
  • Draft documents using provided templates (e.g., leases, policies, process flows, org charts) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with licensing tasks, such as filings with the Secretary of State or Boards of Accountancy (experience not required but helpful).
  • Develop and maintain familiarity with firm policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Conduct research and provide writing support for legal, regulatory, or operational matters.
  • Position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a flexible, positive attitude.

What we look for:

  • Paralegal experience 1 yr +, proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory documents and processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including research and writing proficiency.
  • Independent worker and learner, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to self-manage projects, solve problems proactively, and think analytically.

  • Basic understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
