OCH Technologies is looking for a Technical Recruiter/HR Admin to facilitate full-cycle recruitment while providing HR support. The Technical Recruiter/HR Admin will perform recruiting efforts to fill IT positions through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding while assisting the HR team in departmental and company-wide initiatives.

Hybrid Remote: Sterling, VA (Once a week)
Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, and conducting reference checks.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks.
- Leverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidates.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to support RFP efforts.
- Provide regular progress updates on pipeline metrics and suggest improvements to processes and outcomes, with emphasis on scalability and quality.
- Assist in the completion of new hire onboarding tasks.
- Provide HR assistance in departmental and company-wide initiatives.
- Track inventory and facilitate ordering and organization of office supplies.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field
Experience
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a government contracting environment
- Knowledge of digital, traditional, and innovative sourcing tools and channels.
- Understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Paylocity and Smartsheet
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate sourcing methods/platforms

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
