What Nonstop is Looking For:
Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, is on the lookout for a full-time, highly organized Sales and Account Services Operations Coordinator. You will work hand in hand with the Sales and Account Services department to support a variety of internal and external facing functions. Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Sales and Account Services team with data entry in multiple internal systems, including but not limited to Salesforce & Atlassian systems
- Provide administrative support for proposal development
- Support with the onboarding of new clients
- Manage deadlines and progress across teams to ensure that all projects meet deadlines
- Draft, manage, and facilitate contract document support for Sales and Account Services
- Interact with brokers and clients
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 2+ years of experience in a benefits coordinator or similar role
- 2+ years of experience with a proficient understanding of medical insurance and relevant benefit terminology
- Comfortable working independently under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates adaptability and composure in a frequently changing environment
- Must be able to work independently and remotely in a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet is required.
- Must have an analytical mindset with impressive attention to detail
- Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities
- Excellent experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Experience working with Google Suite
- Experience working with a Macbook
- Experience working with Salesforce and Atlassian systems
- Must be comfortable sharing your camera during meetings

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
- Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally
- Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone
- Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen.
