We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions within the company. The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the recruitment process, and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience.

  

Position Responsibilities:

  •  Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
  •  Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Use a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  •  Candidate Screening: Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to hire managers.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely feedback for all candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and assist in the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.  
Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment. 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Salary Description
$60,405 - $70,000
