We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team and help us deliver top-notch products to our customers.

Position Overview:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for running our dryer sheet manufacturing equipment, which includes unwinds, coaters, folders, slitters, and a cartoner. This role will involve operating machines that fold both non-woven and paper materials while troubleshooting any mechanical issues that arise. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in the production of dryer sheets, including unwinds, coaters, folders, slitters, and cartoners.
• Ensure daily production meets schedule requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, ensuring compliance with production standards.
• Safely operate equipment while adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks within the manufacturing area to ensure product integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to maintain consistent production flow.
• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and unfinished goods as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years machine operating experience, required.
• Operating experience in converting environment, preferred.
• Experience utilizing electronic control panels, preferred.
