With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking a Head of Business Systems to support our growing Americas region.

About You:

Are you ready to take full ownership of business systems in a fast-paced, high-impact role?

We're looking for a hands-on, dynamic Head of Business Systems to design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep expertise in Salesforce, NetSuite, and enterprise architecture, along with proven experience managing complex system integrations -- particularly in acquisition scenarios. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies and a track record of leading cross-functional teams through system implementations and enhancements.

This role offers the chance to own the entire process, shape strategy, and lay the foundation for future growth. From day one, you'll be hands-on, leading the charge to ensure that enterprise systems align with business goals. As the company expands in North America, you'll also have the opportunity to build and scale a team, establishing a best-in-class business systems function. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you partner with key stakeholders in IT, finance, sales, and operations to develop and implement solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiencies.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful difference while growing your leadership capabilities, we want to hear from you.

Day to day, you will:

  • Manage the deployment and administration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems, ensuring these platforms are optimized to support business processes, with seamless execution and minimal business disruption.
  • Oversee the design, customization, and configuration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems to meet business requirements.
  • Drive the ongoing maintenance, upgrade, and scalability of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems environments.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while fostering collaboration across teams.

Enterprise Architecture

  • Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other critical systems.
  • Ensure that business systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools, recommending solutions that align with the company’s long-term vision.

Acquisition Integration

  • Oversee the integration of new acquisitions into the company’s existing business systems infrastructure.
  • Manage system migrations and integrations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align systems, processes, and data structures for new business units.

Scrum Methodology and Agile Management

  • Lead business systems projects using Scrum methodology, ensuring agile principles are applied across all phases of system implementation and optimization.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Strategic Leadership and Team Development

  • Manage projects hands-on, transitioning to building and guiding a high-performing team of business systems professionals, including technical experts, system architects, and project managers.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems to support business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align business needs with IT capabilities, ensuring that systems meet both current and future business demands.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, business unit leaders, and IT staff regarding business systems strategy, performance, and initiatives.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication on the progress of system integration and improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize system needs and resources effectively.
