Job Title: Banquet Services Set-Up
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Services Set-Up to join our Banquets Team. As a Banquet Services Set-Up, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all meetings and events are set up correctly, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Set up meeting and banquet rooms as per the event order
- Ensure all equipment, furniture, and materials are correctly placed, and the room is arranged to meet the guest's needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet rooms
- Collaborate with other Banquet Team members to ensure a seamless event experience
- Assist in the tear-down and pack-up of banquet equipment and event materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet services set-up or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
