What You’ll Be Doing:


As a Sales Representative at KeyGlee, you’ll play a key role in connecting investors and sellers, using your sales skills to negotiate deals that benefit all parties. This is your opportunity to sharpen your expertise, close high-value transactions, and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding industry.

  • Confidently negotiate property prices and terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Leverage your sales expertise to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Track progress through daily KPIs and surpass weekly and monthly goals.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated drive to succeed

Pay Structure:

  • 12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
  • After training, base pay changes to $14.60 per hour against commission
  • Our top reps earn anywhere from $5,000 to $12,000 per month in commissions
  • We’ll review the commission structure in full during your interview
