We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts receivable functions. This is a hands-on role that ensures the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and collections while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the AR team, ensuring timely and accurate creation of customer invoices and corresponding collections
- Monitor existing accounts to resolve outstanding issues with customers
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures for AR functions
- Review and reconcile the AR and customer deposits ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Assist sales leaders, project managers, and other departments with customer service issues
- Address, investigate, and troubleshoot accounts receivable problems and offer solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and professional growth
- Support the month-end close process with AR review, posting, and revenue recognition tasks
- Performs other related duties and projects assigned by management

- Associate’s degree in accounting and/or a related field or comparable certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or related financial roles
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, particularly the receivables module
- Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management system
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition concepts, and compliance regulations
- MS Excel proficiency and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective mentor, leadership, and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
