We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts receivable functions. This is a hands-on role that ensures the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and collections while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise the AR team, ensuring timely and accurate creation of customer invoices and corresponding collections
• Monitor existing accounts to resolve outstanding issues with customers
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures for AR functions
• Review and reconcile the AR and customer deposits ledgers to ensure accuracy
• Assist sales leaders, project managers, and other departments with customer service issues
• Address, investigate, and troubleshoot accounts receivable problems and offer solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and professional growth
• Support the month-end close process with AR review, posting, and revenue recognition tasks
• Performs other related duties and projects assigned by management

• Associate’s degree in accounting and/or a related field or comparable certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or related financial roles
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, particularly the receivables module
• Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management system
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition concepts, and compliance regulations
• MS Excel proficiency and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective mentor, leadership, and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
