We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to join our Partner Services Team and help strengthen relationships with our most valued partners. This role is key in managing day-to-day interactions with organizations ranging from nationally recognized MCO and PACE programs to local Medicaid waiver and county initiatives.

As a highly visible role across the company, this position requires a dynamic individual with strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset to deliver a world-class partner experience.

What You’ll Do:

? Be the go-to expert – Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, providing expert guidance, operational support, and project management.
? Empower our partners – Drive adoption of LifeStation’s partner tools, providing ongoing training and advanced navigation of the LifeStation Partner Portal.
? Build and strengthen relationships – Become a trusted advisor for partners, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Partner Operations, and internal teams.
? Monitor & optimize performance – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to proactively address challenges and improve partner outcomes.
? Enhance partner experience – Manage expectations, troubleshoot major issues, and advocate for partner needs through a well-maintained project tracker.
? Deliver white-glove service – Ensure our partners receive an exceptional level of service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and driving efficiencies.

Requirements

  

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in a B2B or  healthcare setting.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with Salesforce (a plus!).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong partnerships.
