As Our Executive Chef, You Will…
· Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in every dish.
· Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, growth, and excellence.
· Develop seasonal and innovative menus that reflect the hotel’s brand and exceed guest expectations.
· Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships while maintaining profitability.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
· Collaborate with food & beverage teams to enhance the overall dining experience.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating fresh ideas and techniques into the culinary program.
What Makes You a Great Fit…
· At least 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or in a high-level culinary leadership role.
· Strong expertise in menu planning, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
· Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse culinary teams.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
· Knowledge of food cost management, inventory control, and vendor negotiations.
· Passion for culinary innovation and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
