Miller Environmental Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to assist management with cultivating relationships with existing clients while aggressively developing rewarding new business relationships in the Raleigh area. Assist with regulatory compliance interpretations and recommendations as well as contract review, when necessary. Facilitate presentations for various size groups and submit weekly reporting of activity to management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Daily solicitation of new business in all markets and business lines.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly branch sales goals
· Travel within the state of Florida on a frequent basis soliciting new business.
· Producing timely documentation for internal and external clients (Sales quotes for new and existing accounts on a daily/weekly basis).
· Assist Management in building and maintaining positive working relationships with subordinates, peers, and management to promote teamwork.
· Independently and successfully manage sales projects from start up to completion with the help of the local operations team.
· Maintain and build upon existing client relations.
Qualification/Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years in the environmental field
- Excellent verbal and analytical skills
· Superior presentation and communication skills
· Excellent project & time management capabilities
· A creative driver who is also goal driven and detail oriented
· Exemplify consistent professionalism, good humor and ethical behavior
- Ability to travel the state of Florida when needed
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales goals
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Professional appearance
Education/Training/Experience:
* Bachelors degree in Industrial Health and Safety, Environmental Studies, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Five or more years experience in related field
