Job Role Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the details, logistics, assets, and workflows to support marketing campaigns and events. This role will report to the marketing department and support the overall marketing strategy.

Job Duties:
· Creating and Managing Campaign Records and Reporting
· Maintaining Event Calendar and Internal Event Communication
· Maintaining Promotional Materials (SWAG) Inventory by placing orders and verifying receipt
· Maintaining Event Signage and Collateral
· Planning and Executing Events and Trade Shows by:
o Identifying, assembling, and documenting goals and requirements
o Coordinating strategy for Event promotion
o Managing pre-event logistics and day of event details
o Communicating plan for Lead follow-up
o Reporting on results and ROI
· Maintaining Contact Databases
· Creating and Coordinating Social Media Posts
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience in event management and marketing
· General understanding of the technology industry
· Experience with: Salesforce, HubSpot, and Survey Monkey
· Positive attitude and detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
· Excellent writing and communication skills, specifically via email and social media
