Lenderworks’ mortgage services platform encompasses the areas of Secondary Marketing, Post Closing, Servicing, Compliance, Quality Control, Finance/Accounting, IT, Solutions Development and Business Systems.


Position Overview: The VP of Capital Markets, Client Service Delivery (VPCMC) is a senior leader within the Capital Markets team, responsible for client service, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. This role oversees client relationships, escalated service issues, project coordination, and resource management to enhance the client experience. By aligning execution with department and company objectives, the VPCMC drives service excellence and operational improvements. This role requires a client-focused leader with deep expertise in Capital Markets and a proven ability to manage complex client operations and relationships.


 VP-level roles at Lenderworks support the SVP/Executive Leader by focusing on departmental strategy, leadership, and executing company strategic goals, bridging high-level strategy with operational teams. 


 Key Responsibilities as a Lenderworks VP:

 • Manage specific business unit.

 • Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement technology solutions.

 • Provide leadership to advisors and managers, and ensure departmental goals align with  organizational objectives.

 • Act as the primary escalation point for significant operational or client issues.

 • Monitor market trends in specific business unit to guide innovation.

 • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, as applicable.


 Responsibilities to Clients

• Provide strategic oversight on major client projects and relationship. 

• Serve as an escalation point for key client stakeholder concerns.

• Ensure client business objectives are prioritized, understood, and effectively supported. 

• Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.


 Internal Responsibilities:

• Translate organizational strategy into actionable goals for business unit. 

• Monitor team performance to ensure alignment with service commitments. 

• Collaborate with other VPs to improve internal workflows and resource management. 

• Lead departmental initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes. 

• Embrace and embody Lenderworks’ Guiding Principles. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 
  • 7+ years of experience in mortgage capital markets, including hedging, trading, post-production, and lock desk management.
  • Proficiency in PPE systems (e.g., Optimal Blue) and integration with Loan Operating Systems (e.g., Encompass).
  • Proficiency in Compass Analytics hedge advisory system and integration with Loan Operating Systems (e.g., Encompass).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working with service ticketing systems and project management tools. 
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams

Reporting Structure: The VP of Capital Markets, Client Service Delivery will report directly to the Chief Capital Markets Officer and work closely with the VP of Capital Markets, Product Management and Client Experience team to align departmental initiatives with organizational objectives
