Responsibilities 

• Our Plumbing Field Supervisor will advance in their career by developing other field technicians 
• Direct and supervise field technicians in technical endeavours 
• Educates on technical questions and troubleshoots customers concerns, ensuring highest levels of satisfaction 
• Plumbing Field Supervisor will coach customer service skills as well as company systems and processes 
• Host weekly 1 on 1 meetings with a team of up to 8 technicians 
• Coaches and grades service system performance by riding along with technicians 
• Complete Service Plumbing work including installing water heaters, water softeners, drains and camera work. 
• Plumbing Field Supervisor will be the liaison between customers, technicians, and staff on products and services 

Pay and Benefits 

• Pay: Potential earnings $70,000 - $100,000/annually 
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
