Clarity Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager located in Chicago, IL to lead and oversee the successful execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while simultaneously pursuing business development efforts and client relationships for the firm. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and other related Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project management efforts, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. 
• Oversee and manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. 
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining phases and milestones, while managing resources and scheduling accordingly.
• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, executive leadership, and clients. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the process.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts, to drive project success. 
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high levels of performance and collaboration.
• Leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce functionality, configurations, and best practices to guide the project team and stakeholders. 
• Ensure successful Salesforce platform customization and integration as per client requirements. 
• Provide subject matter expertise to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience proven project management work experience on Salesforce projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects of varying complexity with Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, and other related Salesforce products.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools (Mulesoft, APIs, etc.) is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of technical development and full lifecycle application development projects. 
• Experience managing projects in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with development teams, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in generating new sales, expanding market presence, and networking in order to drive business growth.
• Solid communication, documentation, and business analysis skills. Able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Experience  at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Conforms to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through problem-solving capabilities.
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Senior Project Manager role, the base salary pay range is $165,000 - $200,000. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
