The Procore Compliance Administrator serves as the main point of contact for all Procore-related initiatives and is responsible for providing support to the Real Estate Development Department. This support includes the preparation of contracts, processing of invoices, document governance and compliance. This position offers opportunities for growth within the department. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of Procore software, the construction industry, and project management best practices. This position will report directly to the Director of Redevelopment.
- General knowledge of real estate, property management, and/or construction principles/practices is required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Software Administration, Project Management, or Development/Construction related fields.
- Ability to present and teach new ideas to stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation & organization skills.
- Desire to learn and adapt to situations
Job Responsibilities:
- Procore Systems Administrator
- Project & Document Compliance
- Preconstruction Administration may include meeting agendas, meeting minutes, directory management, and invoice processing.
- Project Setup and template creation.
- Project Compliance Auditing & Action Plan
- Advanced Reporting for all projects
- Training and support for internal associates
Document Control
- Draft and facilitate execution of contract and compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policy and standards
- Internal Audits and Action Plans
- Creation and Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Education
- Certification in Procore software or relevant project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
