Job Description:  

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Project Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operations across our e-commerce, email, loyalty, affiliate, and consumer retention initiatives. This role will support various aspects of digital marketing, customer experience, and online sales, ensuring smooth execution of key tasks across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Instacart and email marketing tools. 


This position reports to the DTC and Marketplaces Manager.  


  E-Commerce & Marketplace Support 

- Assist with product listings, landing pages, updates, and optimization across Shopify, Amazon, and Instacart. 

- Support paid ad strategy, content ideation, and merchandising to enhance product visibility. 

- Manage and optimize email, SMS, and other marketing channels to drive engagement and retention. 

- Assist in the execution and coordination of the affiliate program to expand brand reach and revenue. 

- Analyze e-commerce performance data to refine strategies for conversion rate optimization and sales growth. 

- Coordinate updates for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and merchandising initiatives. 


Customer Experience 

- Monitor and manage consumer reviews, loyalty program engagement, and retention efforts. 

- Gather and analyze consumer feedback across multiple platforms to improve products and marketing. 

- Provide best-in-class consumer experience for our consumers across multiple channels (Zendesk, Shopify, Trustpilot, etc.) while    working in a fast-paced environment 

- Collaborate with the team to implement and manage a chatbot for improved consumer interactions. 

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, email marketing, or a related field 

- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, (or similar ESP) Instacart 

- Experience with loyalty programs, affiliate marketing, or review platforms is a plus 

- Comfortable extracting data and analyzing basic performance metrics (email, sales, consumer data) 

- Great communication skills to be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams  

- Excellent project management and organizational skills 

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
