The Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Energy and Environmental Compliance Program Offices. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing policies and solutions that ensure compliance with energy and water standards, contributing to the Navy's commitment to environmental sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and oversee DoN policies and programs related to Energy, Drinking Water, and Clean Water Act compliance.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including military and civilian personnel, to ensure alignment and effective execution of compliance initiatives.
- Assess and analyze policies and operational challenges, identifying areas for improvement and proposing viable solutions.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Foster collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement in energy and water compliance measures.
All personnel must have a minimum of ten years of proven experience in providing Department of the Navy (DoN) policy development for Energy and Water Compliance programs, including but not limited to Energy, Drinking Water, and Clean Water Act programs.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Direct and relevant experience in the specified area of expertise.
- Strong working knowledge of DoN water policy programs.
- Proven experience in implementing solutions and services effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact with executives, staff, and clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently or with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to initiatives.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in drinking water and Clean Water Act compliance and policy experience.
