Summary:
Positioned in a call center environment, provide inbound service to patients and customers for the Medical Marijuana Card Program and Payday Lending.
What you will do:
· Answer incoming phone calls from customers and patients.
· Required at times to initiate outbound calls to process work.
· Interact directly with customers and patients in a professional manner.
· Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Customer service oriented
- A high school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to work onsite, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
