We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Technician to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. As an Automotive Paint Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are painted to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, and priming
• Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve the desired finish
• Applying paint to parts using spray guns
• Inspecting paint jobs to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintaining equipment and tools used in the painting process
• Keeping a clean and organized work area
• Communicating effectively with other team members and management
• Experience at a production-based facility

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Paint Technician
• Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
• Familiarity with different types of paint and finishes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Current and valid driver's license
