Job Summary

ProForce Pest Control is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating sales in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect for and qualify new customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Convert incoming calls into new recurring customer agreements
  • Cross sell to current customers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • Proven track record of success in generating sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

  • Uncapped commission on sales starting at 16%
  • Hourly plus commission

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
