Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manger for one of our communities in the Orlando, FL area. The position is full-time (Monday thru Friday (with some weekend events) from 9:00am to 5:30pm) with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
The Assistant CAM responsibility is to assist the Community Association Manager in performing the day-to-day tasks of the HOA office as indicated by the Board of Directors and/or CAM. The following duties are representative of the tasks to be performed on a daily basis, or as needed. This list is not all inclusive and is subject to change as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Open office in the morning on time per office hours.
2. Prepare lifeguard monthly schedule and supervise lifeguards to ensure they are following proper procedures for pool safety.
3. Monitor lifeguards’ performance. Including but not limited to, taking breaks, lunch breaks, clock in and out, and duties.
4. Input and maintain owners’ records in the access control system for amenity access.
5. Send Welcome Email to new owners.
6. Interact with vendors providing services at the amenity center. Provide feedback and submit service calls using Caliber work order process as needed.
7. Inspect the amenity center areas on a regular basis and report any issues to CAM. Correct any minor issues and/or contact vendor as needed.
8. Monitor expiration date of pool license and post for public view. Process renewal application when due.
9. Receive, approve, and coordinate facility rental applications with owners.
10. Assist owners with their requests when visiting the office.
11. Monitor proper use of facilities by owners and take corrective actions as needed.
12. Prepare and send eblast communications to the community, as needed, as requested by CAM or Board of Directors.
13. Post meeting signs as requested by CAM.
14. Assist architectural committee with the processing of architectural applications.
15. Assist CAM, Social Committee and/or Board in preparing community events.
16. Provide support to CAM as requested (i.e. visits to community common areas; community inspections, monthly reports, vendor performance, etc)
17. Order office supplies as needed.
18. Fill paperwork necessary in case of any incident and/or accident. Provide support as needed or contact emergency services as required, Notify CAM.
19. Attend Corporate meetings as requested and/or approved by Board of Directors.
20. Assist CAM in any other duties requested by the Board and/or Corporate.
21. Close office at the end of the day on time per office hours.
